Cancellation Policy
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation to be eligible for a credit. • Credits are applied to the following month only. • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. • Invoices must be paid on time. Failure to do so may result in loss of the player’s spot in the program. • Payment may be made via Zelle or Venmo to avoid processing fees. Credit card payments may incur additional charges.
